Rosa discovered alternative ways to flourish at night due to limited nightlife options in her former hometown. This initiative led her to organizing free outdoor parties and eventually co-founding Rooibosch.
Her passion for community building continued in Tilburg, where she launched Draaisessies, a community and talent hub offering free music production and DJ workshops for local youth.
Through this initiative, she doesn’t aim to create fame, but to build a space where young people can learn something new, grow their confidence, develop their talents, and make friends along the way.
Musically, Rosa resists easy categorization. Her club sets lean into bass-heavy, percussion-driven sounds, while her Operator Radio show Work in Progress offers a more introspective journey: showcasing warm, experimental listening music.
